Terms and Conditions for ESRS Productions Referral Program

1. Duration of the Program: The referral program is ongoing and does not have a specific start or end date.

2. Referral Limitations: There are no limitations on the number of referrals a participant can make.

3. Qualifying Services: There is no minimum contract value or service package required for a referral to qualify for the commission.

4. Commission Payments: Referral commissions will be paid within 30 days after the referred client has made their payment to ESRS Productions. The maximum commission per referral is £750.

5. Referred Clients: Referred clients must be new to ESRS Productions and have not previously used our services. The referral commission applies only to the first booking made by the referred client. Additional bookings and ongoing work with the client will not be subject to further referral commissions.

6. Reporting Referrals: Participants should report their referrals to ESRS Productions via email at info@esrs.uk.

7. Eligibility: The referral program is open to participants referring clients based in the UK, unless the job can be completed remotely.

8. Marketing Materials: Participants can share the ESRS Productions website (www.esrs.uk) as a marketing tool to promote our services.

9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or disagreements related to the referral program should be addressed directly with ESRS Productions.

By participating in the ESRS Productions Referral Program, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. ESRS Productions reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice. Participants are responsible for keeping themselves updated on any changes to the referral program's Terms and Conditions.
